Steviol Glycosides, also known as Stevia Extract, is a natural high-intensity zero-calorie sweetener extracted from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Its sweetness is 200–350 times of sucrose, without calories and will not raise blood glucose. It has good thermal stability for sterilization and baking processes. Main components include Rebaudioside A, Stevioside, Reb D and Reb M. Higher Reb A / Reb M grades deliver cleaner taste and less bitter aftertaste.
