Products Description

We supply a full spectrum of high-performance industrial & feed enzymes, produced via submerged microbial fermentation, available in powder, granule and liquid forms. Our enzyme series covers carbohydrate-degrading enzymes, proteases, lipases and customized multi-enzyme blends, widely applied in animal nutrition, starch sugar, brewing, bakery, food processing and environmental biotech. All products comply with international standards including FAMI-QS, HACCP, GMP, USP & FCC. Custom formulation service is available for tailored feed mill, food factory and bioprocess requirements.

Individual Enzyme Introduction

Carbohydrases

Mid-Temp α-AmylaseA bacterial alpha-amylase for starch liquefaction. It hydrolyses α-1,4 glycosidic bonds of starch under medium temperature, widely used in starch syrup, alcohol, brewing and grain processing.

Fungal α-AmylaseFood-grade enzyme from Aspergillus oryzae. Breaks gelatinized starch into maltose and dextrin. Excellent for bakery to improve dough handling, increase loaf volume and extend shelf life.

PullulanaseDebranching enzyme targeting α-1,6 glycosidic linkages. Used together with glucoamylase to improve saccharification yield for glucose syrup, maltose and ethanol production.

Glucoamylase (Amyloglucosidase)Converts starch and dextrin into free glucose. Core enzyme for starch saccharification, alcohol fermentation, monosaccharide manufacturing and brewing industry.

α-GalactosidaseDegrades anti-nutritional galacto-oligosaccharides (raffinose, stachyose) in soybean and legume raw materials, reducing flatulence and improving nutrient absorption in animal feed.

β-Galactosidase (Lactase)Hydrolyses lactose into glucose and galactose. Used in dairy processing to produce low-lactose milk and dairy ingredients.

CellulaseBreaks cellulose polymer, disrupts plant cell walls, releases trapped nutrients. Commonly used in feed, fruit juice extraction, textile and biomass treatment.

XylanaseMajor non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzyme, degrades xylan to reduce digesta viscosity in feed, improves digestibility for wheat / corn based diets.

β-GlucosidaseCompletes cellulose hydrolysis by converting cellobiose into glucose, synergistic with cellulase and xylanase.

GlycanaseBroad-spectrum glycan degrading enzyme complex for general plant polysaccharide breakdown.

β-MannanaseHydrolyses β-mannan in soy, palm kernel meal and guar gum, removes anti-nutritional factors and boosts animal feed efficiency.

PectinaseDegrades pectin, applied in fruit juice clarification, fruit wine, plant protein extraction and feed raw material pretreatment.

Other Functional Enzymes

PhytaseReleases inorganic phosphorus from phytate in grains and oilseed meals. Reduces phosphorus supplementation and cuts phosphorus excretion, eco-friendly for livestock & aquafeed.

Glucose OxidaseOxidizes glucose to gluconic acid, generates hydrogen peroxide. Used for food preservation, oxygen removal and gut health improvement in animal feed.

LipaseCatalyses fat hydrolysis into fatty acids and glycerol, enhances fat digestion for poultry, swine and aquaculture; also used in bakery, oil processing and biodiesel.

Acid ProteaseWorks under acidic pH, breaks protein into peptides and amino acids. Widely used in feed, brewing, soy protein hydrolysis and silage.

Neutral ProteaseProtein hydrolysis at neutral pH range, for food protein processing, flavour peptide production and feed application.

Alkaline ProteaseHigh activity under alkaline conditions, used for protein hydrolysis, leather processing, detergent and feed raw material decomposition.

KeratinaseSpecific enzyme to degrade keratin from feather, hair and animal by-products, converts feather meal into available peptides for feed.
